NOTIFICATION TO THE DATA SUBJECT ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The operator, in order to observe justice and transparency towards the data subjects, provides this notice to the data subject about the processing of personal data in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons during processing personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

Personal data protection policy

Your personal data will be stored securely, in accordance with the security policy and only for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing. Only persons authorized (by the operator) to process personal data will have access to your personal data, who process them based on the instructions of the operator, in accordance with the security policy of the operator and the relevant generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic. In accordance with our obligation arising from Article 34 of the Regulation, we inform you as the data subjects that if a situation arises where we, as the operator, violate the protection of your personal data in a way that is likely to lead to a high risk for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will notify you of this fact without undue delay.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the principles of the GDPR and the law and the purposes determined by the operator. Will your personal data be provided outside the European Union?

Personal data is not transferred to a third country or international organization.

Will your data be used for automated individual decision-making?

Personal data will not be used for automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

Is the provision of personal data a legal requirement or a contractual requirement?

Provision of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement, except when we process your personal data based on your consent. A possible consequence of not providing personal data is the impossibility of the fulfilment of legal obligations or concluding and fulfilling a contract.

What rights do you have as a data subject?

Withdraw consent - in cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent electronically, at the address of the contact person, in writing, by sending a notice of withdrawal of consent or in person at the operator. Withdrawal of consent has no effect on the legality of the processing of personal data that we were processing about you on its basis until its withdrawal.

Right to access - you have the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as information about how we process your personal data. In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in written document form, unless you request another way of providing them. If you requested the provision of this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically if it is technically possible.

Right to rectification - we take reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we have about you. If your personal data that we have is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to modify, update or supplement this information.

Right to erasure (to be forgotten) - you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data, for example, if the personal data we have obtained about you is no longer necessary to fulfil the original purpose of processing. However, your right must be assessed in the view of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations, which means that we will not be able to comply with your request.

Right to limit processing - under certain circumstances, you as a data subject, have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your personal data. These are, for example, cases when you think that the personal data we have about you may be inaccurate or when you think that we no longer need to use your personal data.

Right to data portability - under certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer your personal data that you have provided to us to another operator. However, the right to portability only applies to personal data that we have obtained from you based on your consent or based on a contract to which you are a contractual party, and at the same time, the processing of the personal data in question is carried out by automated means and the transfer of this personal data is technically possible.

Right to object - you have the right to object to data processing that is based on our legitimate interests or for the purpose of fulfilling tasks entrusted to us in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority. If we do not have a demonstrable legitimate reason for processing your personal data in question and you file an objection, we will not process your personal data any longer.

Right to file a motion to initiate proceedings on the protection of personal data - if you think that the processing of your personal data leads to a violation of your rights as a data subject, you have the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings pursuant to § 100 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws to the relevant supervisory authority.
